I think the end result will show that PA wasn't even close. I live near it and there is HUGE enthusiasm for Trump.
I also believe that Philadelphia thinks it can control the election by how they count votes and by denying observer access to their procedure. The only way Biden can win in PA is through fraud in Philly, but if they try to generate enough fraud to beat Trump, it'll be too obvious.
