Cowboy Kent Gets His Cajun On

I've been watching Cowboy Kent Rollins on YouTube for a year or so.  He does outdoor cooking, chuck wagon cooking, and dutch oven cooking.

I first heard of Shrimp and Grits several years ago.  A bunch of Cajun and Creole cooks took it to heart, and made some fantastic dishes out of these two Southern favorites.
