Wednesday Tab Clearing

We are continuing to watch Grace as she plows across the southern Caribbean.  She poses no immediate threat to the continental US, but as we're watching the tropics this time of year, it is hard to ignore her.

There is an article over at Sniper Country that tries to explain the current ammo situation.  We're in a perfect storm right now of market inflation, a surge in demand, Covid related supply disruptions.  Of course, the hoarder and scalpers don't help tings.

My shooting club uses a lot of shotshell primers.  About 25K per year at our current level of shooting.  We keep primers on-hand to sell to members, and it's been more difficult to find primers over the past 18 months.  The prices have climbed considerably.  Before Covid, I was able to get primers in the door of my club house of 3.5 cents each.  Now, I'm paying 6 cents apiece to get them through the door.

Y'all hae a great Wednesday.
