I'm doing the gag work so you don't have to. But, it appears that the Democrats are freaking out, with the idea that Republicans might capture Congress. It's mentally crippling to the Dems.

It ain't over yet, but it will be (or should be, if they can count votes) late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.
I'm really enjoying this, but I admit that I"m tired of watching political news. I think I"m going to find a good movie to watch.

Queue up the disgusted and outraged posts about vote count tampering now, cuz its all anyone is going to write about for 2 months until the gubmint starts locking people up for "misinformation"....
You DO know and understand thats where this is headed, right?
Thats why they are starting the ground work now about election deniers, maga-violence, save democracy... this is the stuff I've been talking about - they lay the ground work now, before the event, then when it happens, our side is already playing defense. They set the stage, they create the talking points, they paint our side into a corner before it even happens!!!

That's part of what happened to Trump in 2020. He kept running his mouth saying things that annoyed a lot of the suburban soccer moms that voted for him in 2016, and they viewed Biden as more polite and less controversial.
Those same soccer moms have since had a good case of "buyer's remorse".
Maybe this is why "they" are freaking out about the midterms:

I am SURE they are going to cheat.
I am also sure their cheating won't save them this time, though it may reduce their losses.
Why? Last time they cheated in 6 states to steal the Presidency and the 2 senate races in Georgia, and they had CVD restrictions to justify hiding their work, plus their opponents were not expecting it
This time they would have to steal dozens of house races all over the country, and several Senate races, without the protection of CVD restrictions and with a watchful, prepared opponent.
They will almost certainly try to keep the Senate by fraud, I suspect they'll steal a couple seats but lose it Over all.
Look at the 2021 election in Virginia to see how prepared Republicans can limit fraud - they had aggressive poll watchers with lawyers and judges on speed dial and successfully fought attempts at fraud as the count happened.
It is possible they will allow the Republicans to take the house figuring that it gives somebody to blame for a recession while their holding the White House and Senate keeps them from doing much.
