While the east coast is focused on Hurricane Dorian there is a lot going on in the Atlantic basin.  Three named storms are rumbling around, and each bears watching.

Dorian is whacking the east coast, while Ferdinand is going ashore in Mexico.  Gabrielle is ginning up in the mid-Atlantic.  September and October are the height of the hurricane season and we will continue to watch this map closely.

Locally, it's hot and dry.  Very hot, very dry, and we'll adjust our routines accordingly.

Hopefully Ferdinand doesn't do a 180 and come back in the Gulf. That could get messy...
