It seems that Rep Comer is going to hold a press briefing on Wednesday morning to lay out his case that the Biden family has been running a criminal enterprise and is going to show that the FBI and Justice Dept has been sitting on it.
There are also rumors swirling about that Justice will announce an indictment on Hunter Biden before Wednesday morning, to take Comer's wind out of his sails. One of the things I learned during the Trump years and on which many legal scholars agreed, is that a sitting President cannot be indicted. The only legal recourse to try a sitting President is impeachment, which is not going to happen to Joe.
We do know that the Democratic National Convention will be held in Chicago next year, and that the Democrats can appoint anyone they like as their candidate. It's going to be interesting to see how that plays out.
