I'm sure that everyone has beard by now, about that robber in southwest Houston wo went into a taco shop and started robbing people at gunpoint. Until one patron took our his own gun and ended the robbery. THe bad guy is dead and the customers at the store are all okay. That seems about right to me.

I happened to see the unedited version of this shoot. Most of the news versions are like this one where they either only show the first gunshot from the guest or stop the video when the patron's gun comes out. In the unedited version, you see the bad guy go down and then the patron follows him over to the door and shoots several more times at the motionless bad guy - actually appearing to put a final one in the robbers head.
I think that is why there are some folks who have questions about whether this was a good shoot. It is pretty standard that if you are threatening with a toy gun, the good guy is justified in shooting you.
