If you have been watching any news recently, you have certainly heard of the problems around the school board of Loudoun County, VA and their ongoing battle to silence parents. It seems that new information has come forth that shows that the Superintendent violated the basic civil rights of parents.
Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler admitted he was “incorrect” to declare an unlawful assembly at a school board meeting in Loudoun County, Virginia, on June 22, at which Jon Tigges and Scott Smith were subsequently arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct, respectively.
The First Amendment of the US Constitution says:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
It seems to me that the attorneys for the parents should immediately file suit in the nearest Federal Court for violating this most basic of our civil rights.

If that fascist is allowed to remain in office, he'll just change the wording and do something like that again. The suit, at best, means that your daughters will have to risk rape and assault for at least another year. Waste of time.

Back in the day of wearing the sheriff's hat, many times I told folks only reason I was at a function as peacekeeper in case there were rocks thrown or shots fired.
So this guy, obviously bent over his daughter was taking school board to task.
Even if told to remove him, I would not have. Verbal and mouthy is Disturbing the Peace (Ohio), but a misdemeanor so I'll be damned if I'm rolling on the floor with someone for that. (and doing the use-of-force paperwork)
If he had moved to physical threats, that's Menacing so we're getting closer to something actionable.
Don't see myself as a paid mercenary for the school board so unless it escalates (rocks, shots) I'm doing nuttin'.
School board can take it, let him wind down, descalate, resolve it, or end the meeting.
Might be a little different with the county commissioners, they do the budget for the Sheriff. (grin) But I don't think too many daughters get raped in their bathrooms.
Oh, and adding I hope both guys get a v. hungry lawyer who wants an new Audi or Porsche.
Someone who will rake them over salted, broken glass in a civil suit.
