Belle and I love to entertain. That is one reason we put a full kitchen in our shop. We would entertain in the house and the kitchen simply wasn't large enough to do what we needed to do. So, I promised her that if we ever built amother kitchen, we could have 20 people in it and still have room to cook.
Belle has invited some of her old coworkers over for lunch. The menu is chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, corn and yeast rolls. The rolls are proofing in the oven. Belle has perfected her chicken fired steak recipe over the past two years, and I have to admit it is awesome. We'll get busy on that in a little bit.
