It seems that the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Boris Johnson, has resigned. The tale is complicated, but it seems that he couldn't keep his story straight and they caught him in a few lies. Many of his ministers resigned in disgust and there is reason to believe that the Queen has lost confidence in him. Say what you will abut the Queen, but she still holds great power in her dominion.
In other news, some WNBA star plead guilty this morning in Russia. Evidently she had some cannabin oil in her luggage and faces 10 years in prison for smuggling contraband. She hopes Biden can get her out. The headline doesn't say which Biden, and I'm wondering if she will call Joe, or Hunter? It's an interesting question, and we'll see how it goes.

The lesbian nba star was an America hating slut that refused to play if an American flag was displayed . She also refused to stand for the Anthem . Leave her in a Russian prison . Vlad knows how to deal with druggies .
While I tend to agree with Robert above, as far as the dislike of anyone who refuses to stand for the American flag, then wants Joe Biden and the power of America to get her out of a Russian prison, when she should have known better, I have a different take on her plight.
I think that she is in her early 30's. So she is an adult, but she is not all that old, compared to me. I look back when I was half my age, and think of how I thought and felt, and acted, and shudder to think of the lack of wisdom that I had in comparison to now.
So while she is getting what she deserves, the fact that she is an American says to me that she should have help in getting out. But first, Biden should work on getting out a former military man who has been in a Russian prison, accused and convicted of spying for the U.S. government. I think that he has been in for over 3 years.
The biggest problem with the entire issue is that Biden has shown that he doesn't care about leaving Americans behind in a foreign country, ( see Afghanistan). The other problem for the former Marine, is that he is neither female, a black person, or lesbian, which would almost guarantee him the attention of both the press and the President, a left Democrat of the most liberal wing of the party. I guess that there is not really a central wing of the Democrat party any longer.
When you send billions of dollars and intelligence and advanced weapons systems to a country that the Russians are trying to invade, the chances of their leader not laughing in your face if you try to negotiate any type of prisoner exchange are likely to be slim to none. That alone with the knowledge that Putin is a very, very smart man, who knows that while he couldn't bluff with Donald Trump, a BS'er from way back, he doesn't have to with Biden, a man in over his head in the past, who sold part of his driveway then, and who has to have note cards to tell him when to sit or when to stand.
Best of luck to all of our imprisoned Americans in foreign countries. But also realize that if you commit a crime while you are there, you are under their system of justice, and you might just have to live with the choices that you made.
