One might wonder why I maintain that the FBI should be disbanded in it's entirety.
We hear a lot about "good" FBI agents. They should start arresting the crooked agents and clean the agency up from the inside. The agency must be cleaned from the inside, or disbanded entirely. The "good" agents can take their choice.

The current state of all law enforcement is at best in utter ruins.
When so many law enforcement officers value their paycheque more than their integrity and not one of their colleagues even say anything, you can be certain the problem is through the entire fabric of the legal system.
It used to be the Lawyers were corrupt, and everyone knew that to be fact. Now, the only cops I know of that aren't corrupt, are the ones turning a blind eye for their last couple years, so they may retire without any hassles.
For example, the legendary RCMP in Canada have closed ranks and are expending unbelievable amounts of energy to cover their misdeeds, rather than dealing with their internal cancer. The FBI, as a national police force, has simply done a better job at hiding their corruption.
