Permanent Daylight Savings TIme

It's been a feature for most of my life, but it may be time to end the twice-yearly changing of the clocks.  It seems that the US Senate has passed a bill that would make Daylight Saving Time permanent in the US.

The U.S. Senate on Tuesday passed legislation that would make daylight saving time permanent starting in 2023, ending the twice-annual changing of clocks in a move promoted by supporters advocating brighter afternoons and more economic activity.

Now, we'll see if the House does anything with it.  Or, if Biden would sign it.  It seems like common sense, bipartisan legislation, so no promises.
