Outdoor Cooking

I've found this website called The BBQ Pit Boys and I've been surfing around.

I've been working up the courage to try this recipe.

I'm an old hand at deep-frying turkeys, but I don't know if I can work up the courage to put a rib roast in cooking oil.  But, it sure looks good.

Haven't had that, but I have had pork loin, twice, and a ham, both injected and deep fried. The ham has to have cuts an inch or so deep in the surface so it will cook properly. Both were good enough to make you slap yo' daddy to make him move over. Well, maybe not slap him. Try it! GW
