Matt Margolis does the yeoman's work of putting the lie to this tale. None of the people at the party saw it, everyone who was there denies it ever happened, and even Ramirez's BFF says that she never heard the story.

I didn’t see it; I never heard of it happening.” Ramirez and the unnamed friend were close all through their years at Yale, and said that Kavanaugh remained part of their “larger social circle.” According to the story, this friend of Ramirez initially suggested “that Ramirez may have been politically motivated” in coming forward with the allegation.When asked why Ramirez chose this time to make her allegation, she said that she thought that it would help bolster the allegations of Christine Ford.
“Ramirez said that she hoped her story would support that of Christine Blasey FordIt appears that the Democrats are now doubling-down on character assassination and political smears. That's all they've got. And, it reinforces my claim that most Democrats are despicable.

I'm beginning to think that they really do want a shooting civil war. Because they're doing everything in their power to prevent loosing even a scintilla of power.
The assurance of that your opponent will peacefully surrender power on losing an election is what allows our system to function. When one side refuses to give up, and resorts to illegality and lies to justify their behavior, the system falls apart.
They also don't realize that even if their side eventually comes out on top, there will be a *lot* of damage along the way. To both sides. And if it comes to an all-out civil war, they and all their high-profile supporters will just as much on the firing line as they've made President Trump and Judge Kavanaugh.
They want power and control, period - they don't care what they have to do to get it or to hold on to it.
They can't stand the thought of losing power or of not having their agenda advance and they know that Trump and his appointees are a bigger threat than they have ever faced.
They also haven't seen their own people attacked so they think they can do anything they want and not face retaliation for it. They are wrong, but their opposition is patient and law abiding, so it will take a long time for the push back to start - but when it does it will be fierce!
One example if what PawPaw posted the other day about the beheaded pedophile - I'm surprised we haven't seen more of that already.
