Joey's painting his Jeep Top, how will it turn out?
It looks like my younger son Joey got in on his brother's action on the YouTube channel. He lives in northern New Mexico, where he lives on top of a mesa. He needs a Jeep to get back and forth to work, especially during the winter.
In 1980 I bought a 1973 Jeep Commando that had a drop top. I purchased the white used steel hardtop for it from 4x4 outfitter that had one in the yard. After some metal repair work at a body shop, I prepped and painted it satin black myself, at home, with Rustoleum spray cans. It came out fantastic and looked great in contrast to the glossy black with gold fleck paint on the body.
