There is a club in Silsbee, TX, the Big Thicket Bushwackers who is a powerhouse club in the Cowboy Fast Draw Association. Yesterday, they held a Mardi Gras shoot, and several of us traveled to Silsbee to shoot with them. We had a ball. Good humor, lots of joshing, and plenty of shooting for everyone was the order of the day.

I managed to hit a 0.472, which for me is a fantastic time, because I am generally a slower shooting, in the 6/10ths range.
They made me pose in front of the timer display to commemorate the event.
