Good, thick cut Wright's bacon with fresh tomatoes on fresh light bread. It doesn't get any better than that. Put lettuce on it if you must, but I'll take mine as bacon and tomato.
Seriously, put a thin layer of peanut butter on the bacon side so that the warm bacon makes the peanut butter all gooey. I looked at this askance the first time my now-wife made this for me, but it is Heavenly.
