Richmond represents New Orleans, a city known for local corruption, bad governance and other disasters. Currently, New Orleans is known for being a massive, festering infection pit of Covid. In this interview, Richnond demonstrates that he is woefully ignorant of 2A issues, woefully ignorant of basic gun safety, and woefuly ignorant of the current law on gun topics.
