The ladies sparkled, the gentlemen were cordial and jovial. The food was excellent the bar was well-staffed, and the band knew how to play to a crowd. It was an all-together excellent evening.

At The Ball
The krewe Mystique had their ball last night, inducted new officers and began getting ready for the Mardi Gras season. Belle ad I were fortunate to be invited. The venue was lovely, an antebellum plantation home that has bee concerted into an event venue. It was very gracious, a lovely setting for a formal ball.
The ladies sparkled, the gentlemen were cordial and jovial. The food was excellent the bar was well-staffed, and the band knew how to play to a crowd. It was an all-together excellent evening.
