My Gal, Belle to you, has been making chicken and dumplings for years, and she has been asked over and over again for the recipe. It's not a recipe so much as a process, so we decided to You Tube it. This is not a quick menu, it takes a while, about three hours from star to finish, but it's all here.
For some reason, I didn't hit the "record" button when she was mixing her dry ingredients, but it's all there now. Watch the video for the whole process. The video is about 18 minutes long, but it's all important.
