So, I offer this bit of trivia.
Tomorrow, I am going to video Belle making Chicken and Dumplings. She is famous hereabouts for her chicken and dumplings and I am going to stand over her shoulder and video the whole process, for the benefit of the uninitiated. Be advised, though, she doesn't measure anything. It should be quite an interesting editing and production phase.
