Boots

Cops wear boots, soldiers wear boots. In my combined careers I've spent thousands of dollars on boots, and I've worn them all. Corcorans, Georgia Boot, GI issue, Tony Lama, Justin, Herman, and Danners. I've worn them all.

I had a blowout today on my boots and my son recommended Bates Lites. I picked up a pair and we'll give them a try.

After the Bates wear out try Whites. Expensive but worth it. Made here in the states and able to be rebuilt. Most have to be built to your feet.

I wore Bates low quarter dress shoes in the Courthouse, my last assignment. They were fine shoes, and other Deputies wore Bates tactical boots of varying models. All liked their boots.

Before my feet gained 3 width sizes from diabetes, I loved my USAF summer flight boots. They took a nice shine AND came equipped with a Vibram (non-lug) sole. VERY comfortable boots.

Today, as a retired geezer, I wear 6" work brogans by PRO Powerfit. I can wear them all day, and they feel great on my feet.

Belleville- MUCH better than Bates, and just about the same price!
