So there's this genre on YouTUbe called Reaction video, where someone who has never hared a song watches it on YouTube and reacts to it as it's being viewed. One of the most powerful I've seen is Brroks and Dunn's Believe. It's been a favorite o mine for a while, but watching people who have never seen it (or don't know about country music) is fun to watch. Like the reaction of this young lady.
Personally, I believe that this is a powerful video, and it's one of mmy favorites (along with two dozen others).

A song written by Brian Higgins, Stuart McLennen, Paul Barry, Steven Torch, Matthew Gray and Timothy Powell, it was recorded and released by Cher in 1988. Cher recorded her version for thepop-disco-electronic venues in the late '80s, but the song is stronger enough to be performed across musical genres. It's one of my favorites.

Officially the marching song of the 7th US Cavalry, it's been adopted by the whole branch as our theme song. Whether Armored Cav or Air Cav, or even line Armor, troopers turn and salute when they hear Garry Owen.

Ken Curtis was an American actor, probably best known for his portrayal of Festus on the long-running western, Gunsmoke. One of his best-loved scenes was this little vignette

BB King. The Thrill is Gone
I see with some sadness that blues legend B.B. King passed away yesterday at his home in Las Vegas.
I grew to love his music during my time with Junior Doughty, who also passed away last year. It seems like the blues legends are dying off. The world will be a lesser place without their music.
