BONEs on Guam

Rocket Man had best start paying attention.

Twelve U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancers assigned to the 37th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, deployed from Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB), S.D. and the 9th EBS deployed from Dyess AFB Texas, line the airfield at Andersen AFB, Guam, July 31, 2017. The aircraft are deployed in support of U.S. Pacific Command’s Continuous Bomber Presence operations. These aircraft, and the men and women who fly and support them, provide a significant capability that enables our readiness and commitment to deterrence, provides assurances to our allies, and strengthens regional security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. The B-1B is just one of the Trump-cards in our strategic deck.

Okay, I have my tinfoil hat on, but why would you park those planes on Guam? I see shades of Pearl Harbor.

It's an official Air Force photo, Judy, meant to distract. Ask yourself what you're not seeing? You don't see any B-2s or B-52a. I wonder what they are doing today? And, fat little Kim should be wondering the same thing.

It concerns me because it takes ages to build an airplane. Our military is under equipped as it is. It takes months to refurbish and make a plane air-worthy even though we have all kinds of planes parked in the desert. I also know the Air Force's spare parts are not that deep.

And here is the tin-foil hat part, I can see Washington/Trump parking those planes on the runway in Guam to taunt the nut-job Kimmy. I would hope General Mattis isn't allowing Trump to play a game of chicken with Kimmy.

The reference to Pearl Harbor has to do with Washington and the top brass knowing Japan was planning a strike and they didn't actively defend Pearl Harbor. Those ships and men were setting ducks.
