A History of American Barbecue

February has come in like a lamb, and I know that winter isn't over, but it will soon be time to fire up the pit and cook under the trees.

Oh hush. It’s been snowing here a couple hours now, and we’re in for 10 days of wacky weather. Warm cold wet dry snow rain wind sun. We’re forecast for all of it. The ice on my Weber finally melted off yesterday, and here we go again.
