It's interesting what the cops do these days for THC impairment. Back in my day, we'd get a urine screen.

Never done a urine screen. I was always told, from the academy onward, if you suspect drugs of any sort, get a blood draw.
I'm told there is places that offer 'green lab' training, with volunteer subjects who have imbibed THC product(s), just like the 'wet labs' with alcohol our local agencies do for each academy class (the subjects are often junior attorneys in the county/district attorney's offices). I had found one back in early 2020 and was in the process of getting the necessary info to put in a training request, but then COVID happened.
