It seems that Hunter Biden has reached a plea deal in federal court in Delaware. Fox News and everyone else are reporting it.
Fox News has confirmed that the president's son will plead guilty to two counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax. Hunter Biden also agreed to enter into a pretrial diversion agreement regarding a separate charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.
It's being reported that the tax charges are misdemeanors (and I didn't know that any tax charges were misdemeanor) and that the gun charge will be held in abeyance based on his conduct while on probation.
What a sweet deal for Hunter. I'd love to see the conditions of probation that the judge will place oh him.
