We have a winter storm coming. It looks like our friends in north Texas are catching it right now.
The weather-weenies are telling us that we will stay just south of the freeze line. We will be okay. SOme rain, but no ice predicted. The red beans are in the crock pot, and Belle will make corn bread closer to the noon meal.

Don't take any chances Paw Paw - cold fronts snicker at weather forecasters. Have some winter storm supplies - preps already done before you are surprised and have to do it when the weather is at the front door.
I remember having to cover our roof ridge with a tarp when a cold front and a HARD rain came to visit us because only then did it become apparent the BUR on ridge was cracked and letting in rain. Cold wet rain - miserable.
