Hillary is losing it. I just found this little chuckle article, and I had to look to see if it was satire. Evidently it's not.
Some say she wants to run for President in 2008. I can't wait. If you thought John Kerry was a target-rich candidate, Hillary is going to be a veritable shooting gallery.
Note to Senator Clinton: Don't worry about ideas, keep up the personal attacks. They've proven to work in the past.

Ms Clinton was quoted as saying, "I sometimes feel that Alfred E. Neuman is in charge in Washington." How can anyone not agree with her?
For example, border security. A Town Talk article a couple of weeks ago pointed out the frustration of Texas border patrol agents who caught aliens coming over the border, then watched in almost disbelief as the courts released them in the US due to lack of jail space.
Yeah, sometimes it seems like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Hell, sometimes one hand thinks the body is an amputee.
However, your particular example highlights the problems with an independent judiciary. They get all strung up in administrivia and forget to look at what is going on.
