Question

 So, we lean today in the aftermath of the Penney decision, that Jordan Neely's father, Andre Zachery, is saddened about the verdict.  But, we have to ask, if Andre Zachery loved his son, why he didn't pass along the family name?  If he so loved his son, why didn't he do a better job of parenting?  If he so loved his son, why didn't he get him the help he so desperately needed?

The tragedy that was the life of Jordan Neely cannot be laid at the feet of Daniel Penny.  Neely's life was a failure of he culture, of the mental health system, and a failure of parenting.  It's a tragedy that he died, but I don't want to hear anything from his father.
