Not Guilty

 Fox News is reporting that Daniel Penny has been found Not Guilty in a unanimous verdict in the tragic death of that crazy guy on the New York subway.

This is the proper verdict.  If a nut case goes around threatening people and a stalwart individual stops him, then death is a possible outcome.  It is not preferred, but it is certainly on the menu. Penny stepped up and stopped the threat.  No criminality can flow from that decision.  The jury called it correctly.
