We learn this morning that the FBI is stepping in to help with the manhunt for the killer of the United Healthcare CEO. That makes sense if the gunman has fled. The first thing they will do is get an interstate flight warrant.
I got a couple of interstate flight warrants during my career and the FBI was extremely helpful in running these guys down. They found one of my warrants in the US Virgin Islands. You can run, but you can't hide. That guy, when we got him back, was very helpful during his interrogation. Sang like a canary, he did, and helped us solve a number of cases, to include the prosecution of a sitting Sheriff.

Interesting how he has 'disappeared' so quickly. Of course the FBI is looking for ANY good media they can get right now, so they are jumping in to 'help'...
