Etoufee is easy

 I had some crawfish a few years back when I visited the Big Easy for a company meeting . My but it was delicious . I believe they called it Etouffee . Can't figure out why folk up here in the Buckeye can't get it . Crawfish are all over this state in every creek and pond 

That's easy.  You can make it at home and make it the way you like it.

Right now, I have to go out to the shop and start making salmon patties.  We're heading to see Belle's mother and she loves my salmon patties.  It's time to get cooking.
