It's election day, and I voted a couple of weeks ago, so I decided to make a big stew today
There is nothing that makes a room smell as good as onions sauteing in bacon grease.
Onions, taters and carrots simmering in a roux gray.
I have a meeting at the church this evening, and I"ll watch the returns for a bit before I go to bed. I doubt they will declarre a winner before I succumb to slummber, so I'll check with cofee in the morning.
