Ranking Congressmen

The American Conservative Union ranks our Congress critters on how they vote on conservative issues.

Bobby Jindal scored a 100, while Alexander only scored a 96 for 2005.

They rate the Senators, too. Landrieu got a 44 rating, while Vitter got a 96 rating.

Hmmm.

PawPaw, that is a useful guide, though I tend to distrust politicians who toe the absolute party line. I am much more comfortable with one who scores 70-85% on that type of scale. It tells me that they are conservative, but do think for themselves, which is what we pay them to do.
