If you enjoy (as I do) a taste of bourbon occasionally, here's a look at Buffalo Trace line of products from their #1 mash bill. This is one of their mash bills that use rye. Many people don't know that Buffalo Trace also uses a mash bill where wheat is substituted for rye in the grain mix and this mash bill is responsible for the Weller line, and the famous Pappy Van Winkle.
