As of this writing, Flynn is a free man. The charges have been dropped, and there is an investigation into the corruption in the upper offices of the past FBI regime. It may reach into the Obama White House.
So, the Wall Street Journal was a bit mystified when Obama started talking smack.
“Barack Obama is a lawyer, so it was stunning to read that he ventured into the Michael Flynn case in a way that misstated the supposed crime and ignored the history of his own Administration in targeting Mr. Flynn. Since the former President chose to offer his legal views when he didn’t need to, we wonder what he’s really worried about.”My father always told me that if you throw a rock into a crowd, the fellow you hit is going to holler. Obama was knee-deep in the Russia, Russia, Russia collusion effort to damage the Trump administration. He knows that when his useful minions sart to be indicted, his name is going to be all over the interview narratives. He's worried about being indicted. And rightly so. He weaponized the FBI, CIA, and IRS along with a host of other alphabet agencies for his political gain. He's corrupt ad he knows it. He's worried about going to jail.

Although I'd certainly like to see Obama in jail, or worse, I don't think that's likely to happen. I think what he is really worried about is his pride, his ego, his place in history. I think what scares him most, considering his smug, righteous ego, is the thought of being on the post office wall of history beside Richard Nixon. There is no wall of such, of course, but I'd send $$ to make one and post that Teflon SOB on it.
I liked and admired Richard Nixon. Obama needs to be on wall with Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.
If the individual is guilty of treason, he needs to swing from the nearest lamp-post along with everybody involved. I, for one, am damn tired of the disrespect of The Constitution that has gone on for far too long by that bunch of scoundrel that occupy DC.
Obama will never be indited, much less go to jail. We don't do that to former Presidents.
I think he's more concerned about his legacy.
