Meatloaf

But not your standard, boring meatloaf.  No, we have a bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed, smoked meatloaf. 



When I ran that hunk of meat into the smoker, it ran about seven pounds, with all the stuff we put ito that ground chuck.  After lunch, there is barely enough to make a sandwich.
