If you've ever worked in customer service, you know that the customer is not always right. Sometimes, the customer is wrong, dead wrong, totally and completely wrong.
I was surfing around and found a site that reports memorable customer exchanges.

An old guy came in my liquor store one day and spent a minute looking at the whiskey behind the counter. Finally, he stepped to the counter. I said, "Can I help you, sir?"
He said, "The doctor put me on a teaspoon of whiskey a day. Give me two half-gallons of Evan Williams."
