Busier than hell, lately. Momma did in November and it's time to break up the estate. My sister is handling the money. Dad left Momma in fairly good shape, financially. I'm handling the real estate. Lawyers, appraisers, lists of heirs and the accompanying negotiations. It's a busy time and I think I have turned the corner. Everyone agrees and no one's feelings are hurt.
Of course, this is also the competition season for CFDA and I'm involved in that. Just another layer of complexity.
Like many of you, I am also watching this whole Iran thing. I don't understand why the IRGC hasn't surrendered yet, or simply deserted. They cannot win this fights. The only question is what they can salvage.

One argument is we capped anyone who could tell them to stand down. 19 commanders whose last order was to martyr the troops. It will not end till they give up.
Some of the folks on the internet seem to think that the few people in Iran who are currently allowed to have guns made a lot of enemies while they were King Shit. Those same folks imply that if they lay down their arms then they are dead-meat at the hands of their countrymen.
I have no first-hand knowledge but maybe those other folks do.
Cause the IRGC would take heads of anyone that even looked like thinking of going over the hill. And the IRGC knows their heads are going to be decorating pikes on Martyrs Square if a rebellion successfully occurred. Don't see an end to this that doesn't see a causality count of over 100,000.
Glad y'all worked everything out. Re the IRGC, they are the 'true believers' who will never submit...
