Tim Walz, trying to be a guys guy, fumbles with his shotgun during what appears to be a staged pheasant hunt. The clip is early inthis video,
The shotgun in question is a Beretta A400, a thoroughly capable sporting shotgun. I've never used one myself, being more of a Winchester, Remington, or Browning guy, but with a little familiarization, I'm sure I could do a better job than that.
Walz is a poser. We've all known them, the guy who talks a good game, but when it's time to go downrange and get stuff done, he's a ghost. I'm not voting for that guy.

Nor am I voting for Kommiela. One would think that spending time in the Marine Corps would teach a person how to handle a weapon. I wonder what strings he pulled to avoid that and what other training he escaped.

Agreed!
I thought he was in the Guard. Vance was in the Corps. AWalz was just in it for the gibbs. Phony. His gun is new, he’s never used it before, and his outfit was purchased that morning at Dick’s. How appropriate.
Ps I have a different model B-gun. Silver Mallard? Very pretty, very smooth.

Drew,
That would explain some things.
My apologies to the Marines.

Calling him Elmer Fudd would be an insult to Elmer. He at least could load his shotgun.
I would expect a former MSG, even a REMF one like Walz, to handle a firearm better than that.
