Someone must be misinformed.
The photo below, of some non-gendered carbon-based life form seems to be holding an AK variant out of a car window while traveling down the streets of San Francisco. Yeah, the one in California.
But this cannot possibly have happened, because those things are illegal in California, right? What am I missing here?

Illegal? yes. Common? From what I've heard, also yes - and unlikely to be an issue if one is not pale skinned...
Also, there isn't enough to tell where it is. The mask tells us it is recent, but not where.
Non-gendered?
Looks like a pretty decent "rack" on the person. Of course, could be a tranny, plastic surgeons can do amazing things.
