There are no noble lies,there are just lies. Lying will destroy the trust between people, between spouses, between the public and governments. Lies are destructive. There is noting noble abut lying.
I don't trust Anthony Fauci. He lies. He had demonstrably lied to us in the past, and for all I know he is still lying to us. I have no trust in him whatsoever. By extension, I have no trust in the agencies he represents. Certainly not the CDC, or any of the other public health agencies. I also have no trust in state and local officials who rely on his guidance. He is a liar. He has proven to be a liar.
Anyone who listens to the expertise of the liar should remember what my father said about experts. "An "ex" is a has-been, and a spurt is a small drip under extreme pressure."

Agreed. They destroyed their reputation to gain power and make political changes and haven't realized it was what was most important.
