Some officious bureaucrat enters a building on a complaint and gets thrown our because she is on private property without a warrant.
That's the way it is supposed to work. Come back with a warrant.

Californians aren't taking too kindly to Gavin Newsome's EO curfew that runs from from 10PM to 6AM. Apparently COVID-19 is more contagious during those hours.
God point. And additionally, the governor cannot unilaterally give his health department the right to inspect or shut down businesses if it is not already in the law.
