Philly Burns, 30 Officers Inured.

It appears that police shot a black man yesterday, who threatened them with a knife and repeatedly ignored orders to drop the knife.

Of course, the rioters have never heard of the 21-foot rule that is taught in police academies all over the country.  There is more to come out, but I'm betting that the cops did it right.
