From the link, above:
The story is incredible. We're told a construction worker found the knife years ago -- we have heard several different stories, ranging from "several years ago" to 1998, when the house was demolished. The weapon is a folding Buck knife.
Our law enforcement sources say the construction worker took the knife to the street, where he saw an LAPD cop. He told the officer where he found the knife and the cop took it.You can go read the whole thing, but it matters not one whit. Even if both Nicole's and OJ's DNA is found on it, it doesn't matter.
1. There is no chain of custody.
2. OJ and Nicole were married and living in the same house. It makes perfect sense that their DNA would be on everything, together.
3. OJ WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY, one of the palladiums of our Constitution. He couldn't be tried again even if they found unassailable video evidence of him sicking that knife in her chest. He was acquitted. That's a wrap, it's over, it's done.
Who cares, if years later, some cop kept a knife that may or may not have been found on the property. It matters not.
Now, as it turns out, OJ is doing hard time in a Nevada prison. From what I understand, he's doing 9-13 years for robbery.
For the record, I believe that OJ Simpson murdered Nicole and Ronald Goldman. I consider his trial to be a textbook case of prosecutorial incompetence. I also believe that he was acquitted, so he can never be retried for that crime. That is how it should be. That's the way our Constitution works, and I'm okay with that.
Karma is a bitch, and I can only hope that OJs 9-13 turns into a life sentence.

Pawpaw, isn't there yet another semi-documentary OJ mini-series on TeeVee right now? Doesn't OJ come up for parole next year? Add it all up: the idea is to get OJ denied parole.
