I was considering renting a Bobcat mini backhoe just to dig up my backyard. It is full of construction debris from when the 82 houses in my tract were built. The lawyer down the block told me it is very likely that the holding Co. that bought that Construction Co. would very likely be on the hook for disposal of all that crap, wire fencing, rebar, waste concrete, rock, asphalt, treated lumber ends, and general garbage that they buried in my yard instead of taking it for proper disposal.
I tried to till a 40'X60' chunk for a garden and hit the mother lode of debris last Spring. annoyed me no end, it did.

Having a backhoe is handy, but WOW!!!
Had one those 'Spyders' on one of our jobsites clearing a slide.
Operator was insane on what he could do with it.
