Go read the whole thing.We Christians have somehow managed to get a reputation for being a "meek and mild flock who always turn the other cheek".
Try opening a history book.
Then let go of that delusion.

I would say: to the extent that one refuses to turn the other cheek, one is less of a Christian.
The Good Book defines Christianity. The history books simply describe the degree to which people have fallen short of their ideals.
