That must be quite strong fishing line/reel to tow the boat at whatever speed the sub was going. Four more to make Ace! Seriously, though, more info would be nice. "Fisherman" being Joe Six Pack in a john boat or a commercial trawler or...? I REALLY wanna know the first words the sub skipper said upon evidence of contact. Better yet, the guy on the hydrophones. Sonar certainly knew there was a vessel up there.
