Checking the National Hurricane Center, we see a tropical storm that should become a hurricane very shortly. This storm seems to be following a patch that will bring it into the Gulf of Mexico by late next week. Of course, anything could happen and we'll keep checking.
We'll keep a weather eye on this one.

Huh… it’s said to suppress hurricane activity… but it’s too far north to do anything about Beryl.
